I'm proud of all the writing that got finished this year, because it was a really fucking tough year for writing.
Most fun piece: Thank You for Submitting. It's a fantastic example of a cold read and is just hilarious.
Most sexy piece: Pins and Needles. My only sexy piece lol.
Piece with the single sexiest moment: Pins and Needles. It's basically porn, so most of it is sexy, but I really liked the plums the best.
Most depressing piece: Probably also Pins and Needles, since Wen Ning is still undead at the end, and has to find a way to go back to being like that after. More melancholy than depressing though.

Fests I participated in this year: BJYX exchange, Voiceteam, MXTX Tavern's WIP exchange, intoabar. Do snowflake challenge and sunshine challenge count as fests? Those, then. And I did June Something, similar to those. That was more than enough, truly.
Fests I expect to participate in next year: Possibly Voiceteam again. Maybe another podfic fest here or there. Probably one writing fest because hope springs eternal. Intoabar because I can't not with that one. Snowflake and Sunshine as always.
My favorite piece of this year: Podfic: Summer Rain; Writing: The Misunderstanding.
My best piece this year: Paper Moon series, hands down. That was such a commitment, and such a ride. For edited podfic, With Absolute Splendor. For writing, I'm pretty proud of Pins and Needles. I'm proud of all the writing that got finished this year, because it was a really fucking tough year for writing.
Most fun piece: Thank You for Submitting. It's a fantastic example of a cold read and is just hilarious.
Most sexy piece: Pins and Needles. My only sexy piece lol.
Piece with the single sexiest moment: Pins and Needles. It's basically porn, so most of it is sexy, but I really liked the plums the best.
Most depressing piece: Probably also Pins and Needles, since Wen Ning is still undead at the end, and has to find a way to go back to being like that after. More melancholy than depressing though.
Piece that shifted my own perceptions of the characters: Reach for the Living was a new take on Buffy for me. I liked that one a lot.
Biggest Disappointment: Year of the Dance didn't do as well as I had hoped.
Biggest Surprise: The response to the Paper Moon cold reads, and cold reads in general.
Most Unintentionally Telling piece: Probably the podcasts, where I wax lyrical about any number of things.
Favorite opening line: None. They're all fine, but none are spectacular.
Favorite closing line: Ditto opening lines. I did mention that it's been a really rough year for writing, yeah?
