PSA: Fandomtrees signups are live!!!

fandomtrees signups are live until December 6! Basically, fandomtrees is a successor to fandom_stocking. You can sign up with 3-25 fandoms (including non-fandom asks like recipes or podcast recs or cat pics) and then you go around looking at the trees to see if you can put a gift under one of them.

So far I have one person in my current fandom, but I'll be checking out all the trees to see if there are gifts I can give. :D :D :D

I’ll have to sign up, too! This was a fun event last year and I got some lovely things.

While skimming, I’ve already seen one tree where I might be able to fulfill a wish, but I have to really check the trees out over the weekend. I did some needy trees fills last year, so I won’t stress myself about it.

Um, what were we talking about?

Yeah, I love fandom trees, and trying to fill needy trees is one of my favorite holiday activities! Used to be great for my wordcount too, though it's been tougher the last several years. I'd love to see more MDZS out there though! So far one person has literally my 180° signup, all the likes/dislikes and pairings are completely opposite of me, and the other one is a maybe for me.

I've now signed up so my tree should go up in the next few days. Lots of prompts for MDZS/CQL in that plus several other fandoms with a faaar shorter prompt list. XD There are a few MDZS sign-ups, I think, though funnily enough I didn't really fill those last year except for one icon post. I hadn't wanted to write anything at all because I usually take quite some time for it, but then I ended up writing a Legend of Fei fic after all. XD Mostly, I did icons, though.
How weird that there's someone who is your total opposite in wishes! XD
