1. I don't currently have ANY The Untamed icons, and that's a damn shame. If anyone would be interested in sharing/making me some The Untamed icons, I would be OVER THE MOON! My faves are Lan Wangji, Wei Wuxian (and WangXian of course), Lan Sizhui (all the juniors, really), Wen Qing, Wen Ning, ALL THE SIBLINGS, GIMME, OMG. And bunnies. All of the above interacting with bunnies. I WANTS THEM.

2. I want everyone to take good care of themselves. No seriously - let me know some of the things you're doing for self-care, that would make me very happy. And hey, if self-care for you would be helped along by a sweet, 12 25-minute episode Japanese gay romance drama, with absolutely the sweetest, softest characters and situations ever, please consider watching Cherry Magic! 30 Years of Virginity Can Make You a Wizard?! The title is the premise, obvs, and it is so wonderful and soft and sweet and just... adorable. It totally had me squeaking throughout at the sweetness, I just adored everything. It was self-care at its finest.

3. I love to do cold reads. Like, a LOT. I like podfic, too, but I'm better at cold reads. More natural. If you're an author who might be into that, let me know. My fandoms are fairly broad - broader than the ones I've produced content in - and if we match up, maybe I will record something for you! If you want to know what a cold read sounds like, here's one I did of sami's Utterly Inevitable.

Thank you for taking part and for caring! We all need to be more vigilant of our self care at the moment, many of us are isolated and have spent a long time in lockdown or under tight restrictions and it is important to ensure that our mental health isn't suffering. Personally, I have started to do Tai Chi, I've had a beginners DVD but had intended to do a class, but they haven't been running so I dug out the DVD. I also subscribed to the Headspace app, their meditations are good and I love their sleepcasts.

Cherry Magic! Well with a title like that I am going to have to check it out, how could I not, lol!

I'm not familiar with cold reads so this sounds interesting and i will have a listen.

Thank you for sharing your wishlist, I hope some or all of your wishes are granted :)

What a grand idea!

For decades I've fought to be as clear-headed as possible. I managed to avoid almost all news from 11/2016 to 11/2020. Anyway, my current med level means I can actually sleep. May not be able to think as clearly as I once hoped I could, but my prescriber agreed that given current conditions, living with more meds is a good idea.

my current self-care is that i got rice pudding during my last grocery shop, and i still have three individual cups of rice pudding in my fridge. :D also i'm wearing THE FUZZIEST sock.

I've maintained a basic bullet journal (in that I only make monthly spreads as opposed to weekly ones, much easier to set up that way) and having a gratitude page is really helpful. Every day I write down one good thing that happened. Even on our worst days, we can think of one good thing, even something as small as getting a hug from my four year old. It's been nice to look back on that when I'm struggling to remember that not everything is awful.

I hope you're doing your best to take care of you, too. ♥

Tea is a favorite. Comfort food is another. Tomorrow we plan to make the Pea Soup from the Elder Scrolls cookbook.

Cherry Magic was sooooo cute! (Also, from all the Content I've seen it looks like fandom has just collectively chosen to ignore the other pairing on that show, and you know what, that's extremely valid.) I mean, the pengagement was a lot, but then Kurosawa's feelings were a lot, so. Happy bbs! \o/

Hee! That does sound very cute.

I had my first massage yesterday since March. It was both relaxing and very stressful, lol! I also had my first cranberry orange muffin in ages and it was delish!

I have what amounts to a first aid kit in my kitchen -- uplifting, soothing, digestion-settling, cold-easing, adapting, etc. And some just for flavor.

I wrote down notes for a character's tea cabinet here. Shiv has even more than I do.

The Cherry magic series sounds interesting and a thing that I will try.

I don't have great self-care loops, but I do try to make sure that I run through the hungry/thirsty/tired checks when things start feeling terrible, because a lot of the time, the terrible feeling can be alleviated by eating/drinking/sleeping.

I like that Tsuge and Minato got their happy ending, but Tsuge kept giving bad relationship advice to Adachi and his random outbursts were giving me palpitations! 😅 Also I'm slightly resentful that they got two! whole! kisses! (of sorts) and Adachi and Kurosawa got NONE! Although, obviously, their almost-kisses were actually hotter, so that worked out. Anyway, *\o/* for that fic!!!

Sometimes I do have to force myself to put on clothes and go outside, but then usually I'm glad I did. I listen to music or podcasts or podfic, or sort of work on my fanmixes, and it's nice. And since I started the walks last January, I actually had enough pictures to make calendars as Christmas gifts for my family. :-) Otherwise I sometimes post them to Twitter or Tumblr (like so) and every now and then I get a like or a reblog, which is also nice!

Apparently someone somewhere in a YouTube comment section said that one of them, can't remember who, had a clause in their contract that they couldn't do kissing! CLEARLY IT MUST BE TRUE. :-D Anyway, still hot. And the super happy morning-after scene made up for a lot!

The trouble with being here in the UK is that many of the shows, etc, haven't made it over here. Luckily I can watch The Untamed on Amazon Prime free of charge. I'm doomed, lol! This isn't the first thing I have open to watch.
