Oh, man, this is tough. I love so so so many things, and it's tough to actually pick a bit of canon that stands out above all the others.

But let me go with this: Death's entrance in season 5 of Supernatural. Honestly, I think this might be my #1 scene in the whole of the 14 year canon. It's just so awesome. The timing, the lighting, the music, the EVERYTHING. Not to mention the casting is perfection. I can't even describe it, so here, let me show you.

Isn't it?! It's the best of the best of SPN - nothing else comes close, and most of it falls WAAAAAAY short of this. But for this one, bright, shining moment, it was perfection.

This scene is just SO GOOD. I totally understand quitting SPN (if I was a stronger person, I might do that too), but man, this was just a really great scene. Wish they could do something even remotely close to this anymore.
