Snowflake Challenge 2018! :D :D :D

It's snowflake_challenge time again everyone! I love fandom, and I love to talk, so I am going to talk about fandom for 15 days, wooooooo! Here we go!

Day 1

In your own space, talk about why you're participating in Snowflake and, if you’ve participated in the past, how the challenge has affected you. What drew you to it? What did you take away from it? What do you hope to accomplish this year?

I've participated in Snowflake almost every year since it's started. I think I either skipped it or aborted quickly last year because, well, let's be honest, so much about life sucked in January 2017. But I really enjoy Snowflake and like participating because I love fandom, and I love fans, and it is a lovely celebration of both. It also believes in the fans and tries to get them to believe in themselves (and support other fans), which I think is a brilliant goal. I love Snowflake. :D
