kate | Fandom Snowflake Challenge, Day 8

Ooooh - this is going to be a super tough one for a lot of people.

In your own space, create a love meme for yourself. Let people tell you how amazing and awesome and loveable you really are. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so. Surf the comments and find people to give love to.

This is a love meme that I can (sort of) get behind. I'm not one to usually ask for this, but I'm soooooo tired - I've been burning the candle at both ends lately - and I'm just tired enough that this doesn't ping my "don't toot your own horn" thing. (I've posted about complications with love memes before.) I could use a little snuggling, tea, blanket forts, and other comfort if you've got some lying around. ♥

I kind of love this meme, actually; or rather, I love the Snowflake Challenge for pushing people to do this meme because I feel like asking for (and accepting) love is a tough thing to do, and I love to see people reach out for that. I don't remember exactly how we met (other than sometime in SGA fandom), but you were on my "people that seem really cool and that I really want to talk to if I was a bit less shy" list for a little while. You helped organize a lot of the Losers fandom events which were awesome to participate in, for awhich I cannot htank you enough. (I mean, besides being an awesome Losers writer your own self.) You kept them running when other folks were staggering under RealLifeTM, thank goodness. Also, this is a fandom that definitely understands blanket forts and the need for toasty socks, hot tea, and chocolate in any form. Moooore chocolate!

kate over here was the most angst-ridden thing for me! I had been

kisahawklin for SO LONG. But I really love it, it's been great, and now people just call me Kate, which is brill because Kisa is actually my D&D character and while I love her, she is not me, not really. So it was always a little odd to be called Kisa.
