This is my life

Life gets in the way sometimes, but if you can get into a habit of writing daily, it gets a bit easier, even if it's just five minutes jotting down a few notes for a random idea you might write at some point. I get most of mine when I'm washing the dishes, or cleaning out the fire, so I keep paper and pencil handy.

Yeah, it's a work-out. I can't even straighten up this morning. They're only small split logs, but there were a lot of them, and I can only carry four at a time. I'm really too old for this, but I had to get them shifted under cover before it rained. I've had to move logs in the pouring rain before now, so at least it wasn't as bad this time.

Thanks. I really needed to sit down after the log moving, so writing was the ideal thing to do.
