on 1/18/21 03:40 am (UTC)Ugh yes, so many shitty managers in the world, sigh. Also - I don't love reports, but it's better than "FTEs" (so impersonal!) and more individual than "staff"... it's tough. Sometimes I just say "my people" but that can be misinterpreted.
Ooooh - thanks for that rec, that looks fascinating! I love swimming and I have so many feels about it, I'd love to read that!
