on 5/26/11 02:15 pm (UTC)And this! THIS is something that is SO KEY to the relationship between John and Rodney that if it's not in the fic in some sense, I feel like they're missing something. Thank you for pointing this out - I cannot tell you what a light bulb moment it was.
Also - this is why Rodney and Daniel Jackson joking about John's 'coulda been Mensa' in that one episode broke my heart. SGA writers, totally missing the point all the time.
