Craziness, all of it. Whatever it was that those two saw or didn't see in him, I just can't agree with. I think Brandon's great, and I can't wait to see who he's partnered with.

Ditto on being very pleased that, of the brothers, it was Evan who made it. I love both of those boys (and am not at all going to attempt spelling their last name), but something about Evan just grabs me more than Ryan. But oh, that old Broadway style, it gives both of them a special place in my heart.

I know! I just... what was it they were seeing? It'd be one thing if all the judges agreed, but at least three of them were absolutely in love with him... so, what? ARG. I think once Mia choreographs for him she's going to change her mind.

Also EVAN. I wanted him LAST year. I'm so pleased he's in. *sigh*

Someone commenting on another post, which I can't find now, posited that Mia has an irrational hatred of dancers whose first audition she isn't present for, or who she doesn't choreograph until late in the season, because she can't take credit for discovering/developing them. They had examples and everything. I feel better thinking about it like that, even though she's never going to change.

I think Ryan's awesome (and deserves a chance to show his stuff) but Evan's definitely got a better chance at winning. I'd like to see Ryan get the love he deserves for choreographing Evan, though.

I think Nigel credited Ryan when he said that Ryan's choreography got Evan into the show. And maybe Ryan can get in next year! I mean, if he got this far this year, you know?
