Day 9
In your own space, post a rec for at least three fanworks that you have created. It can be your favorite fanworks that you've created, or fanworks you feel no one ever saw, or fanworks you say would define you as a creator.
I've done this a few times now, and I don't know that I could pick 3 fanworks out of the almost 400 I've made that "define me as a creator" so I'm just gonna throw a few things here that I'm proud of lately.
perhaps home is not a place but simply an irrevocable condition, 5610 words, explicit, Sam/Kevin hair washing turns into porn. This came almost completely in a single day, after not having written for months, and it was such a joy. Sam/Kevin is an unusual pairing for me, but one I like, and one I'm happy to write about, especially for
omens. I just really like it, okay?
We Three Kings, 127,578 words, explicit, Wincestiel. This was just such a trip. It's the first serial I'd written sort-of on purpose, and I really liked the way it kept me writing all year. I'm not a huge fan of WIPs, as I don't feel like they get the kind of editing I prefer, and this definitely suffers a little from that, but it's still a cohesive tale and I really, really like what I did with it, so yeah. I'm proud of this fucker.
Let the Bodies Hit the Floor, 1667 words, teen for violence, Jensen/Cougar. The prompt for this was "Jensen is the scary person in Jensen's life" and this is one of the stories I'm proudest of. I feel like I really did the team justice here, which doesn't always happen for me in the Losers fandom.
