Hm, I don't have many thoughts about fanmixes. I am not good at paying attention to just a fanmix, so it's tough for me to try and relate it to something else, whether canon or a story or whatever because my mind just wanders off while I'm listening. For a musician, I have a shit relationship with music.
That said, I have a few fanmixes of my own. Basically they boil down to:
Things I have vague ideas for vids for (or specific ideas – sometimes there are very specific pairings of scenes and lyrics)
Things I have fic ideas for
Things that just sum up perfectly some aspect of a character or relationship
That last one kills me – there is an absolutely perfect Dean/Cas song that every time I hear it, I just melt. Seriously, no fic or vid could improve on the song itself. I've got several of those and it just kills me because they make me have all the feels and then nowhere to go with them.

Oh, man. I have SO MANY favorite female characters. To name just a few that are on my mind at the moment:
Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries: Miss Phryne Fisher, and her friend Doc MacMillan, Dot, Jane… almost every woman on the show, honestly. But especially Phyrne and Mac. Phyrne is self-assured, sexually active and aggressive, intelligent, snarky, and just brilliant. Mac is a lesbian doctor and her completely platonic best friend and also brilliant. So lovely.
Leverage: PARKER! Parker is amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing! Parker is everything I have ever wanted in a character, and her character arc over the five seasons is just nothing short of brilliant. I like Sophie when she's not dealing with Nate, and I absolutely adore both Tara (her simple confidence was so refreshing) and Maggie (a normal woman in the midst of thieves and holding her own).
MCU: Maria Hill is actually really high up on my list of favorite MCU people; she's just so freaking competent. I also love Peggy Carter and can't wait for the new show. Darcy is a favorite because humor is brilliant and she just adds so much to the universe. I love Jane because science is awesome, and of course Natasha because she's kickass. I adore Pepper, actually, and one of my few het ships (I tend to go canon for het ships, it's a thing, I don't even know why) is Pepper/Tony. I love them, I love her. I have a vid idea about her that I'd really love to make, once I actualfax start vidding.
Psych: Not that Jules isn't wonderful, but Captain Vick is seriously my favorite ever. She's smart and doesn't take any shit and yet has a great sense of humor and ability to bend when it's necessary.
White Collar: Dianna is one of my favorite characters ever. I will never tire of lesbian characters, especially intelligent, strong, grounded characters. Dianna is one of the best.
Sleepy Hollow: Both Abbie and Jenny are brilliant. Smart, resourceful, gorgeous, of course. I wish there was more Jenny, but there's only so much room in the plot, apparently.
Arrow: Felicity, Felicity, Felicity! She's smart and awkward and sweet and not a superhero in a superhero's world. It's lovely. I also love Thea, especially with relation to Malcolm – or at least until the last episode or two. I enjoyed Moira, when she was still around, as well as Sarah and Nyssa.

There's not much I feel like I couldn't do if I really wanted to. I guess basically I've got to go with future-type things, like, transport to three major cities in one day to have my three meals at restaurants with Michelin stars? We're planning a slow-motion version of that for my nephew's next visit.

There are so many answers to this question, but the place I want to go more than anywhere else is Macchu Picchu. We need to get into better shape, first, but I really, really, really want to go.
I also love London and would happily vacation there for any stretch of time, from a weekend to months. I've always loved Australia, and I also want to go to Egypt, and on an Antarctic cruise. And an Alaskan cruise. Also, Greece. And I wouldn't mind more time in Paris, I only got one day there. Yeah, I have lots of places I want to travel.
Here is my December meme topics post, if you have something you desperately want to ask me.

I'm dying to take an Alaskan cruise, too. It's one of the things I think about saving up for.
