I am officially a scrooge.
I spent Christmas day racing to the bathroom from my bed. I missed seeing one of my sisters and her kids, and I ached everywhere. I also missed out on sledding and a Christmas night movie with one of my other sisters.
I haven't had the flu in years. This SUCKED. Also - everything smelled sulphur-y. Anybody know what that's about? Burping up rotten egg smell is not my ideal way to spend a Christmas.

yuletide stories and one sga_santa story, and I'll give you a drabble of your choice for any of them you can guess. (I have a hard time believing anyone will know or care, but. You know, whatever.)
Sinceyuletide is so big this year (over 2400 stories), I'll give you one huge hint. The two stories are both in fandoms I've written before (the list is on the first post here). (Comments screened.)
And, just because this holiday hasn't been entirely horrible, let me tell you a little bit about Christmas eve dinner. My brother-in-law dug a trench through the three feet of snow to the back yard so he could grill our dinner. Yes. Three feet of snow, people.
