Way to go! Is it a form where you know how many lines you have left, or is it freeform and you finish when you finish?

Oct 4th - 1051 words on the spook_me fic. It was heavy going at first, tweaking some of what I wrote yesterday, but once the action got started the last 700 or so words came faster. It will still probably need some more descriptive stuff, maybe some more dialogue, but the bones are there to be built on, and my characters have escaped intact. Yay. Now I'm exhausted and I was only writing! Action scenes are tiring.

Thanks. I've even jotted down some dialogue for the next section. There's a scene or two that needs to come before that, but next time I work on this fic I can focus on that. I'm not far off 6k now.

Day 4: 400 words of werewolf fic; total wordcount 27,900. Also some research-reading in the 18th century Book of Common Prayer.

Day 4: Only 91 words today but my mood has been so low all day that's still a success because I looked at the fic and I tried and that's still more than one sentence :D

Hey, sometimes those victories are bigger than the big wordcounts! Way to go, showing up and getting more than an alibi sentence!

Day 4: I ended up writing ~3,500 words (?) of an ~essay post on pitches/query letters/finding a personal angle/"marketability" in response to someone who asked me to expand on a discussion we'd been having. I'm still working on a presentation but that's probably going to happen later this evening after I recover my brain. :p

Wow, that's awesome! What a great thing, providing your knowledge and wisdom to someone who asked for it. Great wordcount, and hope you get to the presentation, too!

On Day 4, I added 577 words to the outline, most of them part of an actual scene. The MCs are about to meet, and I cannot wait!

I'm writing my letter before signups open, but Yuletide is currently in the nominations approval stage, so it's not far off! :)
