Write Every Day: October 2023 Day 1 and Intro!
Wellllll hello there writers. I haven't been checking in on Write Every Day since.... a while. July? August maybe? So I forgot that I was planning to host October! Here it is, though, October Write Every Day!

zwei_hexen (sylvanwitch and ysilme): We challenge each other to write, every single day. Our goal is to encourage one another and provide the accountability and/or motivation that some of us find very useful in keeping the words flowing. However, there's no obligation and no pressure, and if writing didn't happen for you on any given day, there won't be any judgement, just support and sympathy!
A little bit about me: I'm in the central time zone in the US, so UTC-6? I think? I plan to post before I go to bed, so the post will be up for folks a little further in the future from me. I write fanfic, currently in the MDZS fandom. I had a goal of writing 250 days this year and have reached it already. That said, nothing substantive, and I haven't posted anything on the AO3 in over a year, so. Still working on it.
I have no idea how I'm going to do this thing, but come on in! Let's figure it out!

I'm currently editing my Flight of the Heron/Kidnapped crossover longfic, and I hope to finish the main edits this month. Not sure whether I'll try and post this month or not—it might need to sit for a bit before final polishing, and there is Yuletide...
Day 1: Edited the first half of chapter 17 (of 21).
