...but I love Billy Elliot (the movie and the show - which I caught in London and which will always be one of my best theater memories ever) a ridiculous amount.

It shouldn't be unexpected, it is a movie about dancing, and discovering who you are, and being that despite everything else (and there's a lot of tough 'everything else') and I recommend it highly.

Also, this made me grin from ear to ear for three whole minutes: Fascination by charmax78. Billy Elliot vid, catchiest tune ever, and just... it catches the whole feel of the thing beautifully.

still here! no news yet - she's in early labor, but she has been since Friday, and it's moving reaaaaaallly slowly. Heading up to Seattle on Wednesday for a few days, so she better get this party started soon!
