Happy weekend, folks! I did not write today, but I did beta, so those are some good words. Here's to writing tomorrow, as well as sleeping in, doing some laundry, and cleaning the litterbox. Anyone got a more fun weekend planned than me?

6 October — posted the fan Flashworks sonnet, wrote a couple sentences on the innumerable stars piece.

Yay for writing happening for you - doing beta totally counts in my book, as my mindset is "writing" in the WED sense is anything that contributes to stories and texts to grow and come into being.
I'm having a considerable to-do-list for today, including prepping food for tomorrow's birthday brunch of my youngest sister and her ledest daugther, although today will be more work than fun - I urgently need to get the garlic into the soil for next year's harvest, have to do some finishing touches of the paintwork on the scaffolding, need to deal with Mount Washmore (and iron/prep our funeral clothing), and have to do some work for my voluntary job (data maintenance for the parish homepage).

My tally, all for the nostalgia project - the last days have been quite busy with other stuff, but I'm glad I found time for at least a bit.

Day 6: 588 words
Day 7: 40 words already, jotting down a nostalgia-project related plotbunny I dreamt about of all things. Never happened to be before, that was quite interesting!

Day 7: ...But first, read through and edited chapter 20 of the longfic.

Day 6: Did the last bit of editing on my section of werewolf fic and sent it off to beta! Now doubting if it's any good, obviously.
Day 7: Finally began my Trick or treat fic; just 100 words, but it's a relief to get started.

Fun? Probably not. Spent this afternoon trying to clear weeds and moss off the driveway, nearly did my arms in.

Oct 7th - 1037 words on the spook_me fic, which is closing in on 7k now o_O

Oct 7: One thousand words, and a complete draft! Woo-hoo! I've been stuck within spitting distance of the end for weeks now, and I'm so fucking relieved that all I have to do now is... um. edit it. Oh, who cares -- that's tomorrow's problem. *does the finished draft dance*

On Day 7, we had to bug out to get to my friend’s place to start her birthday festivities, so I only just sat down to write a bit—72 words for today.
