Anyone can add to it - just a link to the permission statement and then if there are alternate sites hosting the fic (FFN, DW/LJ, others, I think) and whoever is running it adds to the list attached to the widget... which I will have to figure out how to get again, because I'm back on firefox and have lost all my extensions. :(
