Oh, yours sounds way better than ours! None of it was any good. The Everclear batches could've peeled paint. The Vodka ones smelled okay, but were still to damn strong. I think our experiments in limoncello are at an end. It left sticky shit all over our counters and cabinets, too, so... probably not. But that recipe sounds amazing - we added our sugar at the end, and it just never mixed up properly. We also don't have the... um. Well, we're bad at doing anything at a daily basis (like tilting the jar) since I'm only home half the week and soleta is... not a daily habit sort of person. Well, that sort of habit. She does exercise daily, which is better than I can manage most of the time.
