Do you do 750words? I hate the guy and I don't want to use it, but it totally worked for me when I was using it. :(

Or how about something like 15_minute_ficlets? Sometimes the only thing to do is find something to inspire yourself with, and then hope it rolls into what you really want to do.

Other than that, I've got nothing. A christmas/holiday exchange, maybe?
