Huh, really? That's really more the way most of my friends are, but I know that there is a more formalized date culture out there (at least in the States).

Blind dates are the worst idea EVER, in my opinion. I'm pretty good with conversation, but talk about the way to put tons of pressure on someone. Oh, the other worst idea ever? Dating TV shows. I mean jeez.
